S.N.O.B never disappoints

“Outstanding! With so many great restaurants in Charleston, we were very happy with our choice of Slightly North of Broad. The food is excellent, and our server was attentive, knowledgeable and personable. She was spot on with her recommendations - they were all great. The decor is modern, but very cozy. They also have a nice, reasonably priced wine list. You can't go wrong here”

“Favorite Restaurant in Charleston. Loved, Loved, Loved. Had our first dinner in Charleston here, figuring it served Lowcountry food and we would go to more continental-type restaurants on other nights. After four dinners in the city we both agreed this was our favorite. I had the BEST grouper I have ever eaten. It was prepared with the top a bit crusty and it was delicious. My husband had the shrimp and grits which he loved. Its a cool place and the service was great as well.”

“Wonderful! We just celebrated our anniversary here, and it couldn't have been more wonderful. We got an intimate booth with a view of the open kitchen, and free champagne. They were about to close by the end of our supper, but they didn't even hint at rushing us. The food was spectacular and the wine was delicious. I have forgotten our waitress' name, but everyone was so extremely friendly. I'd give 10 stars if I could.”

“Consistently a winner! Love this place! Its reputation makes it an easy pick but the consistency of great food combined with good service brings us back time and again. We enjoy the interesting wine list and handcrafted cocktails as much as we do the food.”

“My husband was able to order a martini he had always wanted, and not only did they make it perfectly but it was delicious! The food was fantastic; for apps, we had the cheese platter and one person has the heirloom tomato salad (the best tomatoes I've ever eaten) for entrees, our table had the lamb, shrimp and grits, and swordfish. Definitely suggest this. A great night of food and friends.”
